Wonderful hotel, it has good service, marvellous location walkable to all the attractions. The staff are pleasant, and there is a great reception to relax in. The room is functional and comfy with a bath, everything is really good...

The location was marvellous and perfect, very close to the railway station. The room was huge, allowing for walking freely, and had a reasonably good-sized bathroom. Safety measures included smoke detectors.

The breakfast at Novum Hotel was absolutely delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of the food. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious, and we especially loved the separate shaving mirror with lighting and magnification. It was a nice touch that you would expect in a higher-star hotel. Despite being located near a busy road, we found the room to be surprisingly quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. we had a pleasant stay at Novum Hotel Mannheim City and would recommend it to others.

Hotel clean but very basic and rooms in need of modernisation especially bathrooms. Like a travel lodge in the uk but 2-4 times the price. ok hotel but not worth 100 euros/night.

The rooms was very clean and the towels were full sized bath towels! I know that sounds goofy but a lot of places are using things slightly larger than hand towels.

There is construction all around so prepare to be awoken early to the sounds of waste hitting dumpsters.... As there is no a/c, you have to have the window opened to allow the room to cool down so unfortunately there is no escape! Be prepared to pay for internet if you don't have a T-mobile hotspot subscription. Also, I didn't personally mess with the breakfast. 14 Euro will buy a heck of a lot in the train station that is a few blocks away. All in all, a nice room but a little overpriced for what you're actually getting.

That the hotel is situated in a very noisy neighborhood with weird people hanging around at night, which can be a bit unsettling.

It was ok for a transit hotel, would not like to stay here more than 1 night. Did not take breakfast.

Do not drive to this hotel. There is no where to park at the hotel and parking in mannheim is impossible. €30 night in a very bad hauptbahnhof car park is offered by the staff. I found an overnight parking in the shopping area for €10. In summer the heat in the rooms is unbearable, no chance of sleeping, with or without windows open.

This hotel's location is very convenient for business travelers, being just a stone's throw away from the main railway station. Being very near to the train station makes it easy to get to meetings or other engagements on time. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a spacious bathroom with plenty of towels. The breakfast is decent, with a range of choices available to suit all tastes.

The hotel's parking facilities are limited and can be difficult to navigate.

I didn't like the fact that anyone could get on the elevator and no one at the desk would know for that reason only I did not feel safe.

Hotels in blankets and pillows and sheets had an unpleasant smell laundry andoeeot enough or did not replace the sheet was judged sleep was hard to take. Please improve.

Super tidy room and a great breakfast selection. Location is ideal - walking distance to the train station and close to plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff is lovely and quick to offer suggestions on the area's best spots.

Beware if you have a bigger car, the parking spaces might be a bit tight. , the air conditioning system is missing, but there are fans available, and the rooms can get hot during the summer months.

The internet access should be free. It is very common and almost every hotel in the World supply internet gratis. Breakfast is very good but 14 Euro is quite much...

The location of the hotel couldn't have been better - it was conveniently close to both the train station and the main shopping street. This made it easy for me to explore the city without having to rely on public transportation. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted me with any questions or concerns I had during my stay, which made me feel well taken care of.

There were a few aspects of my stay that left a lot to be desired. the WiFi was painfully slow, especially in the evenings when I needed it the most.
